Up to 4,000 characters. What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead helps most.
What we keep, and for how long
- What we keep: the message you write, the category you pick, a reference number, and the check value of your reading code.
- We do not store your IP address. The ten-a-day limit is counted with a value derived from it that exists only in memory and changes every midnight (UTC).
- We delete the whole inquiry 30 days after you send it, our answer with it.
- Cloudflare runs a human check on this form. It sees the request; we do not learn who you are from it.
