1The three published repositories moved from AGPL-3.0 to Apache-2.0.
AGPL-3.0 asks anyone who runs a modified copy as a network service to publish their own source, which put the code out of reach for most commercial work — the opposite of the reason it was published. Apache-2.0 asks two things when you redistribute it, and nothing at all for merely using it: keep the licence and copyright notices, and say in changed files that you changed them. Copies already held under AGPL-3.0 stay under it, because a licence that has been granted cannot be withdrawn. The Terms and the Privacy Policy still name the old licence in the version in force; neither can be edited in place, and the next version of each carries the correction.
