Fixed buttons and screen changes showing no response when pressed — pressing now answers at once with a pressed look, a label change, or a status line.

On a slow machine a press could be followed by seconds of nothing: opening a screen showed no sign it was opening, and adding files showed a dead screen until the first row appeared. Pressed controls now change immediately, screen-opening links say "Opening…", and choosing files puts up a "Preparing N files…" line right away. Devices with reduced motion turned on used to get no press feedback at all; they now get a brightness change instead of movement.

Fixed approval buttons sitting grey with no reason: they now name what is missing when pressed, and a failed price check shows the reason with a retry button.

Three approval buttons could sit disabled with nothing on screen saying why. The auto-approval risk step and the exchange review button stay pressable and, when pressed too early, say which item is missing and mark it. A failed price read used to say "Recalculating…" forever; it now says the read failed and offers a retry that recovers in place.

Fixed the file-add buttons being disabled with no explanation while the encryption key was still loading — the reason is now printed next to them.
