Fixed account creation, which had refused every new sign-up since this morning's release.

The build was carrying the terms text dated 13 August before its effective date, and the server rightly rejected agreements to a version not yet in force. The terms screen now shows the versions actually in force again (Terms 2026-08-04-v7, Privacy Policy 2026-08-04-v8), and the 13 August revision still takes effect as announced on the notice board. No existing account was affected; only new sign-ups between 09:29 UTC on 8 August and this release going live were refused.
