Every page is redrawn: one sentence and its picture on one centre line, with light and depth.
On the home page the sentence now stands large above its picture, one at a time, and the 3D folder appears only at the start and the end. Every other page has a title, one sentence and one picture of its subject. Backgrounds are lit from above, and panels and buttons have depth, in shades of black and white.
The drive shows how long each file has left as a line on its row.
The list is denser, with a narrow bar of places on the left and the chosen file's facts on the right. The grid groups files by month. Notices above the files are folded into one line that opens them.
Text and controls are sized like other file apps: smaller on a computer, readable on a phone.
