Added a letter from the developer at the top of the drive, with the three ways to write back.

The three ways to write to us sat under a single line that explained nothing about who is on the other end. The letter says who builds NMTS, what it costs to run, and what is actually wanted back — with the bug, feature and open-inquiry buttons beside the paragraph that asks for each. It carries the developer's X account and the SUI donation address with a copy button. Nothing is given in return for a donation, and no record is kept of who sent what.
