1Requests about your own data now carry the answer deadline the Privacy Policy promises.
Section 10.4 says these are answered within 10 days in Korea and within one month in the EU and the UK and names the support inbox as where they arrive, but the deadline machinery only ever ran on the board channel: a request about your own data got no deadline on screen, no notice if it ran late, and the thread was deleted after 30 days — the same day the EU month runs out. Choosing 개인정보 in the support form, either of its first two narrowings, or none at all, now sets a 10-day deadline shown on the thread, keeps the thread 120 days, and exempts it from the three-open-questions limit. Ten days is the shortest of the periods promised so it satisfies all of them, we cannot ask where you live and would not want to, and if the deadline passes with no answer the thread says so and names where to complain. The machine never extends this deadline by itself — both laws allow an extension only for reasons a machine cannot judge.
Fixed
1Fixed a route that had shipped without its access rule written down.
The server keeps a table saying, for every route, whether it works before you have accepted the current documents. The route that reports the week's remaining free-trial places went out on 11 August without a line in that table. The check that catches this is part of the server test suite, so it had been failing since — the rule is now written down (it is public, which is the point of a number shown on a logged-out screen), and nothing about who can reach what changed.
