Changed the standing notices to sit in one bordered list instead of stacking as separate cards.

The recovery-map notice is drawn by the app frame and the expiry notice from inside the drive, so the two arrived as unrelated boxes with a gap between them — on a phone, 371px of two borders and two paddings. They are now rows in one frame, ordered by urgency: a storage deadline sits above a standing warning. The frame is not drawn at all when there is nothing to say.

Fixed the home headline being lost against the white folder while the key beat is on screen.

The headline sits in the same band as a white folder and is readable because of a dark plate under it. That plate faded together with the text whenever the copy stepped back for the 「내 열쇠로 열기」 button, so the sentence spent the whole beat at 18% white on white. The plate now keeps its own strength, and the text steps back to 50% rather than 18%.
