Fixed a case where a question sent from the mailbox could reach us without the public code that the form says always rides along.

The public code is worked out on your device from your account code, so it arrives a moment after the screen opens — and it cannot even start until your account keys are loaded. Sending in that first moment used to drop the value silently, which made the sentence on the form untrue and left us unable to see that two questions came from the same account. Sending now waits for the value for up to ten seconds. It still sends without the code if the keys never load, because being unable to reach support at all would be worse.
