Screen readers no longer announce two or three identically named “Language” regions on the same page.

The language switcher (EN / KO) was marked up as a navigation region of the page, and it appears two or three times on one screen — in the site header, in the footer, and in the app header — so anybody moving through a page by its regions saw several entries with the same name and nothing to tell them apart. It is now marked up as what it is: one two-way control, not a region, and its name follows the screen language too. The file detail panel was built on an element whose built-in meaning is a side note with the meaning of a dialog written over the top, so assistive technology had two answers and no rule for which wins; it now has one. Both were found by the accessibility check, which from today also walks the screens you need an account to reach and applies the recommended rules as well as the standard's own clauses.
