Two recovery lists can no longer end up sharing one version number.

When your files go up, the recovery list that says which file is where can ride along. The browser then tells NMTS the list is up, and that message is allowed to fail without failing the upload — which meant the next list could reuse the same number. The browser now keeps its own count while the tab is open and continues from whichever number is higher. It is not written to your device, and the recovery program still resolves a tie by preferring the list with more files and telling you it did.
