The CLI can send a question to the inbox: `nmts support` sends it from the terminal and can attach a run log the tool redacts on your machine first.
Until now a question could only be sent from the browser. The CLI sends the same kind of question, on its own limits, and a redacted log of at most 32 KiB can go with it; secrets are replaced by labels before anything leaves your machine. The log is kept with the question for its 30 days and is not readable by anyone but us.
The CLI can start an account: `nmts create` makes the NMTS key on your machine and hands you a one-time link to finish in a browser.
The NMTS key never leaves your machine; the link carries only a short-lived proof that the browser step belongs to it. The link's record is deleted when you finish or when it expires. The human check still happens in the browser.
