Changed three Korean words to the terms people already use: upload, download and version.

The Korean screens called uploading 올리기, downloading 내려받기 and a version 판 — native coinages standing in for words everyone already uses. 126 lines of Korean copy changed; the English screens were already using these words. Three surfaces stay as they were published: posted notices, the alpha consent text, and the terms and privacy policy, whose next version carries the new words.
