With reduced motion on, a computer's home page showed a folder picture, not the 3D folder.
Since September 16 the page left out the 3D folder when your system or the footer switch asked for reduced motion. The picture that stood in went straight to key creation when clicked, and a second small folder followed you down the left margin. The 3D folder is back in both cases: click it to open it, then press its button to create a key. With the system setting on it stays in place instead of tumbling after your scroll, as before September 16, and only a browser with no 3D (WebGL) gets the picture, which does nothing when clicked.
