Fixed a credit-paid file being shown as expired when this device could not read the storage clock, which hid the button that stops its bytes being served.

The storage term is read from the network, and when that read does not land, the term is simply unknown, not over. Until now an unknown term was drawn the same as an ended one, so a file uploaded moments earlier could look expired and lose its 「stop serving now」 button. An unknown term is now said to be unknown, and the button stays.
