Added the developer's note to the home page, behind a button at the top left.

The note asks for feedback, and until now only people who already had an account could read it — which is the wrong way round. It is the same note, not a second copy: press 「개발자의 글」 at the top left and it opens over the page. On the home page the four buttons in it (report a bug, suggest a feature, ask a question, free trial) all need an account, so pressing one says so and offers sign-in and create-an-account side by side rather than dropping you on a sign-in form.

Added the developer's X account, with the X mark, to the note.

Spelled out that the 0% fee is the developer's fee, and that SUI gas and Walrus storage still cost money.

"A 0% fee" says what the developer takes. It does not say that nothing is paid, and the two are easy to read as one. The note now puts the second sentence directly under the first: SUI network gas and Walrus storage are real costs, paid to the network and to the storage network rather than to us. This wording is in the developer's note only; no other screen changed.
