Fixed a browser-extension wallet disconnecting on every page refresh.

You had to connect again from the start after every refresh — the approval was still sitting in the extension, and NMTS was simply not picking it back up. The first connection is still yours to make, and the extension still raises its own window; what changed is that an approval you already gave is not demanded again on every reload. Press 연결 끊기 and the record goes, so the next reload does not reconnect — and nothing new is stored on your device, because that record was already there and is now merely read.
