1Posted a notice: both legal documents get a corrected version on 24 August 2026.
Eleven sentences across the terms of service and the privacy policy described the software wrongly: two claimed we keep something longer than we do, two said something is deleted with your account when it is not, three left out a decision the machine makes and what the board clock reads and one outbound call to Discord, and two were wider than the truth. All eleven now say what the code does — a notice is deleted after 12 months, an under-14 board bar ends after 5 years, the quote ledger and a board bar outlive the account on purpose, and publishing the encryption engine's source is described by what it does and does not prove. Nothing the software does changes, and the 30-day right to end the agreement is given anyway. The notice says which sentence said what, and the versions take effect on 24 August.
Fixed
1Fixed the wording of the automatic deadline extension: two extensions of 30 days, not one of 60.
The notice said we had extended the deadline by 60 days. The Decree allows an extension twice, by up to 30 days each, and taking 60 days at once is both of them — so the old sentence described a single act the law does not have, and left out the fact that follows from it. The notice now says two extensions of 30 days, 60 in all, and that no further extension is available to us. The deadline itself is unchanged: at most 90 days from the day the demand arrived.
