Added a frequently-asked-questions page — the footer link had been an inert "In preparation" label.

Fourteen questions, answered from what the software does today rather than what it is meant to do: what an account is, what happens if the code is lost, what the server can and cannot see, where the files sit, who gets paid, what credits are, what deletion does. Two answers exist to say what NMTS cannot do — a browser-based service cannot prove which code your browser received, and the storage bought with credits is registered to NMTS and can be deleted by NMTS. A fourteenth collects what does not exist yet: public link sharing, card payment, a mobile app, a developer API, team features, any storage network other than Walrus. It is reachable from the footer of every page, with no account.
