On a phone the step page's button stays above the keyboard, inputs are 16px so iOS does not zoom, and each input opens the right keyboard.
The page follows the visual viewport on iOS and asks Android to resize the content. The key, address and amount fields declare their keyboard and enter key. Taps answer at once instead of after the double-tap delay, and hover styles no longer stick after a touch.
Nine small targets are 44px now: the header logo, the grid and list toggles, the wallet's export and turn-off links, and the settings footer links.
