Version 0.22.0

Added a one-press ZIP that downloads every recovery file together, with a plain warning about what a taken copy can and cannot do.

The files inside are encrypted under your account code, and the code itself is deliberately not in the archive — the README says so and says where the code lives. Keep the ZIP somewhere safe and separate from your code.

Added a next-step guide to the recovery screen: what to do now, and what happens when new files arrive.

Changed the recovery buttons to say what they do — the notice button now says it navigates, and downloads name the ZIP.
