Added "delete from the storage network now" for credit-bought files — the encrypted bytes stop being served before the term ends.

Credit-bought storage is registered to our wallet, so until now releasing it early meant writing to us by email. The file's detail panel now does it with one confirmed press. It is free today, it cannot be undone, and if the network refuses, the screen says plainly that the bytes are still being served.
