Fixed the home's first headline being covered on a phone with the text enlarged.

With the text at 1.5x on a 390px phone, the 「개발자의 글」 chip sat 25px on top of the first line of the headline. The block is placed against the screen while the text inside it is sized against the reader, so enlarging the text grows the block upward and into the fixed chrome above it. The scene now moves down in proportion to how much the text was enlarged and the decorative scroll hint steps off screen, and at the default text size nothing about the screen changes. On a phone about 720px tall the room is not there at all — the block is 519px, the chrome ends at 180px, and the screen is 720px — so the headline is still covered there.
