Fixed the home's 「개발자의 글」 button sitting on top of the header's own controls on a narrow phone.

The button was placed under a fixed 69px — the app header's nominal height — while the home header wraps onto two rows below 768px and is actually 118px tall, or 155px with the text enlarged. At 320px that put the EN button underneath it, so the button now follows the header's measured height and lands below it at any width, any text size and any number of rows. On a phone with the text enlarged the button is dropped from the first screen altogether, which gives back the EN, KO and theme controls and the 69px of headline it used to cover. The letter is still opened from the end of the story and from the footer, and nothing changes at the default text size or on a wide screen.
