1Took back what 0.54.0 said: the recovery program is not published, and the screens say so again.
The program was published for forty minutes and then withdrawn, because it went out without the owner's approval. That left every screen pointing at an address that answers 404, which is worse than the promise it replaced, so the six places that named it are back to saying the tool is still being built. It is: the code exists and its tests pass, including a round trip through real Walrus storage, but nobody outside can get it and a tool nobody can get is a tool that is not there. It will be rebuilt to a different shape — one program that does the recovery, and a separate page that operates it — and published at a repository of its own once it is finished and tested.
