Published the program that gets your files back from storage without NMTS, and put its address on the screens that had been promising it.

It is at github.com/needmoretruth/nmts-recovery under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0, and it runs on Linux, macOS and Windows. Give it your account code and the recovery list file you saved, and it reads public Walrus aggregators and writes your files back out — it contacts no NMTS server at any point, and it adds no cryptography of its own, because it calls the same engine your browser runs. You can drive it from a terminal, or run it with --gui and get a control window that only your own machine can reach; either way the program does the work, the browser never touches a key, and your account code is typed in the terminal and can never be sent through that window. Recovering from the account code alone is still being built: the list file holds each file's key, and today it lives on your device and in our database and nowhere else.

Rewrote the seven places that said the recovery program was still being built, and took the development label off the home page card.

The account screen's recovery list card, the FAQ, the developer's letter, the home page card, and the notes printed inside the recovery kit and the map archive all said it did not exist. They now say where it is, and the printed ones carry the address as text because there is no link on a file somebody opens years later. The copy checker's list of things that do not exist yet handed that row over to recovering from the account code alone, which is still being built.
