Changed the free trial's weekly budget: the pool grew about 12 times and the weekly rate moved from 2.5% to 1% of it.

The trial pool received a deposit and now holds about 12 times more. The weekly budget is a share of the pool, so the same rate would have opened the ceiling far wider than demand; the rate moved to 1% per week. The two changes together raise the weekly winner ceiling from 4 to roughly 19. Winners are still first-come applications, once per account per week.
