The donate page thanks every donor, and says that the hall of fame lists only donations sent to the SUI wallet.
The hall of fame is built from the sending addresses on the Sui ledger, and a Monero or shielded Zcash donation leaves no sending address to read. Listing donations in other coins is planned, and when or how is not known yet. The page also says what a donation helps: NMTS staying up, and needmoretruth going on making and maintaining things.
