Version 0.17.0

Added a send-a-report path to errors: a crashed screen now offers Try again and Send a report, and error notices in the drive carry a Send-a-report button.

A crash used to show a blank default page, and an error notice could only be closed. Pressing Send a report opens the ask form with the on-screen error text already in the message, ready to edit before sending. Nothing is ever sent by itself — sending stays a button you press.

Changed the ask form to attach diagnostic info (version, network, device facts) by default — Send nothing stays one press away.

A report without a version number is a question we have to ask back. The default now carries facts about the software, not about you; what rides along is still listed item by item before sending, and the personal sections (usage, account, files) stay off unless you turn them on.
