1The automatic deadline extension now goes out only when the reason it states is true.
When a demand about a board decision is not answered in time the server can extend the deadline by itself, and the notice it sends states a reason — we work in arrival order and this one's turn has not come — which nothing ever checked. The extension went out for every unanswered demand at day 27, including one that was the only thing waiting, where the sentence is simply false and the law allows an extension only on a justified reason. The sweep now requires an older question to still be open; if none is, no extension goes out, the deadline stays at thirty days, and a missed deadline is told plainly instead, with where to complain. Nothing about your own demand changed — what changed is that the machine no longer asserts a fact it has not checked.
