Published a program that restores your files from storage without NMTS.

Six screens promised this, and so does the recovery file people have already downloaded to their own disks — and until today it did not exist. It does now: nmts-recover takes your account code and the recovery list file you saved, reads public Walrus aggregators, and writes your files back out, contacting no NMTS server at any point and adding no cryptography of its own. It was published in the nmts-crypto repository at first and then withdrawn the same evening; it lives at github.com/needmoretruth/nmts-recovery now (see 0.55.0 and 0.56.0). Recovering with the account code alone is still being built, and if you would rather it did not open network connections, it will print the exact curl commands and then restore from the folder you filled.

Rewrote the six places that said the recovery tool was still being built.

The account screen's recovery list card, the FAQ, the developer's letter, the home page card, and the notes printed inside the recovery kit and the map archive all said the tool did not exist yet. They now name where it is, and each of them carries the condition that has taken its place: the tool needs the map file, so save it. The copy checker's list of things that do not exist yet lost the row for the tool. In its place is recovering with the account code alone, which is still being built, and which no screen may claim until the map is mirrored to storage.
