The inquiry screen now says correctly how the details you attach are stored.

When you send an inquiry you choose what to attach, and the line under that choice said file names and account records are stored unencrypted on our server. That stopped being true on 9 August, when those values started being stored encrypted in the database. The line now says both halves: they are stored encrypted, and we hold the key that opens them, so we can read them. Stopping at stored encrypted would have promised you less exposure than there is, which is the wrong half to leave out on the screen where you decide what to send; what is deleted and when has not changed.
